Fikir holds a PhD in Dryland Resources Management from Nairobi University and an MSc in Natural Resource Management from Mekelle University. She also has a BA degree in Geography from Addis Ababa University. She has over 10 years of natural resources and environmental management as both a researcher and a consultant. She has professional interests in agri-business with a focus on natural and herbal products. She also has wide experience in growing ornamental plants. As a Director she is responsible for quality control and management systems support.

Bemnet holds a BA in Education from Kotebe University, Addis Ababa, an Advanced Diploma in Catering and Tourism, and a Certificate in Cake Making and Decoration from Utali College, Nairobi. She has previously 14 years of teaching experience in both English and Amharic in Addis Ababa. She is responsible for day to day operations, employee supervision and supplier engagements.

Hugh holds a PhD in Geography and Rural Planning, an MA in Rural Development, and a BA in Geography (all from Universities in the UK). He also has postgraduate certificates in Management and Economics. He has wide international experience having worked in over 25 countries in Europe, Asia and Africa. He has specialised in project and programme management within the tourism, agricultural, environmental, forestry and organisational change & development sectors. As a Director he is responsible for marketing (both physical as well as online) and for financial management.
