As originally an Addis family, we decided to develop our guesthouse so as to be able to share our traditional Ethiopian hospitality, mixed with a wider regional exposure from Nairobi, so as to stand out from what visitors often describe as a mediocre level of customer service in the hospitality sector in the city.

Our family have wide exposure to traveling, working and living in East Africa. We are proud of our history and culture and having benefitted from many and varied experiences, including the natural and wild landscapes of this part of Africa.We wish to encourage our visitors to step beyond Addis and to enjoy and experience more of the richness and diversity which this country and region offer.
